Grinded Bio Durum Wheat Semolina is the name of a product with a sharp edge obtained by grinding and subsequent siftingout of wheat from organic farming, free from foreign substances and impurities, tastes and odours, without traces of contamination according to the relative Italian law. Once the semolina is obtained, it is grind with specific rolling mills so that the product is transformed in flour.

The product is particularly fine.

It presents itself as a fine and granular powder, free of any type of foreign material. The appearance is yellowish, uniform and free of artificial colours. The odor is characteristic of a fresh product.
